Rental Rules & Regulations
â€¢ The occupancy limit for the social room is 75 persons at any one time.
â€¢ Alcoholic beverages are permitted, however the individual renting the space must sign a waiver prior to using the space.
â€¢ No decorations are to be hung or placed in the facility in a manner that causes damage to the ceilings, walls, doors, etc. No thumb tacks are to be used and no holes are to be placed in any manner.
â€¢ Property must be left in the same condition as received. If not, a third party will be hired to clean the facility.
â€¢ All trash is to be removed from the property.
â€¢ Only the social room and restrooms located in the lower level are to be used. Under no circumstances is anyone permitted in other areas of the building.
â€¢ No Lodge supplies, drinks or food are to be used by the tenant.
â€¢ Any damages to the property will be the financial responsibility of the tenant and a deposit will not be returned.
â€¢ Only the social room is being leased, tenant is not permitted to use the lawns or parking lots for any type of event. Parking lot is for parking only. Example: No yard sales, BBQ, Outside Gatherings or anything else that may disturb the neighbors.
â€¢ The tenant agrees to use and occupy the premises in accordance with all police, fire, and sanitary regulations.
â€¢ No loud music that violates the local noise ordinance
â€¢ Property is to be vacated no later than 10:00p.m.
â€¢ Tenant and guest agrees to hold harmless the Big Spring Temple Association and Big Spring Masonic Lodge #361 from any personal injury, suits or costs for any delinquency, noncompliance or violation.
â€¢ All applicable rules and regulations are established for the mutual benefit of the tenant and Landlord. Noncompliance may result in some or all of the deposit not being returned. In addition, serious instances of noncompliance may result in the tenant and guests being ask to leave the property immediately. Should this occur, no refund will be provided
Big Spring Lodge No. 361
â€¢ Day rental fee is $150.00 (One Hundred Fifty Dollars) and must be paid in advance to the Temple Association Secretary.
â€¢ If tenant would like to use the Kitchen, an additional fee of $50 will be charged.
â€¢ Deposit fee of $100 (One Hundred Dollars). Must be paid in advance, Will be refundable if property is left in the same condition as when it was rented.
â€¢ A janitorial fee will be charged equal to whatever a third party cleaning company will charge. Tenant will be responsible for all cost incurred.
Lodge Member Discount
â€¢ Lodge members will receive a discount of $50 (Fifty Dollars) for day rentals and the kitchen fee will be waived.
